The real blocker

Most AI-impact projects fail before they even start, for lack of reliable data. Job descriptions are old, generic, or don't describe the work actually done. Requiring perfect data dooms the project. We do the opposite.

Two levers, alone or combined

1. Normalization against international frameworks

We attach each role to official frameworks (ROME in France, O*NET in the US, ESCO in Europe). This structures the analysis immediately and produces a credible first diagnostic, even without usable internal data.

2. Online collaborative qualification

HR, manager and employee contribute together, online, to qualify the role: which tasks, what importance, what real time. We extract the essence of the work as it is actually experienced — and by design, the approach engages teams rather than imposing a top-down view.

A reliable, up-to-date base of roles, specific to your organization, on which the entire diagnostic rests. You start with no heavy integration prerequisite, and the analysis improves as your data grows richer.
